Description
My great-grandfather built this barn in 1910. The west wall planks have weathered to the point that you can see through them, so sunset is quite a sight from the east hayloft. It is interesting how the wind has piled the hay in a large "drift" in the far end of the loft. The ladder-like structures on the sides are chutes to send the hay down to the animal stalls below.
